Mac Check reads Apple-generated system profiles, .spx files.

How to get your Mac system profile:

1. Open System Settings > General > About
• Click here to open automatically
2. Scroll down, select System Report...
3. In the System Information window, go to the menu bar and select File > Save
4. Choose a location to save the file

Use Terminal (advanced)

Paste this command into Terminal and press Enter:

system_profiler -xml > ~/Desktop/System_Profile_$(date +%Y-%m-%d_%H-%M-%S).spx 2>/dev/null

Your system profile will be saved to the desktop.

2. Click Check Compatibility
3. Wait for your results to be displayed
